GST, UPI & MDR Calculator
This policy applies specifically to GST, UPI & MDR Calculator, published by Viaom360. The app calculates GST, payment-fee estimates and everyday financial amounts, and creates UPI payment QR codes. It does not provide an app account, banking service or payment-settlement verification.
Information used on your device
Calculation inputs, results, calculation history and fee settings are processed locally. If you choose to create payment QR codes, you enter a merchant UPI ID and account holder name. These details are stored locally and included in the QR codes you create. You do not need to enter UPI details to use the calculators. The app does not request your UPI PIN, bank password, card number, contacts or location.
Collection and sharing
The app does not upload calculation inputs, history or merchant details to Viaom360 servers. This version contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting service. Copying a result puts it on your device clipboard. If you choose Share or Save for a QR image or PDF, that file contains the merchant details and payment amount and is passed to the app or destination you select. People who scan or receive the QR can read its payment details. Their payment apps and banks process any payment under their own policies.
Storage and security
History, merchant details and settings are stored in an encrypted SQLite database. Its random encryption key is stored using the device's platform secure storage. Android app backup is disabled in this version. There is no cloud synchronization or user-managed backup feature. Exported images and PDFs are readable files, not encrypted database records. Device security and the security of destinations you choose for exports remain important.
Retention and deletion
History retains the newest 100 calculation and QR-plan entries and automatically removes older entries. You can delete individual entries in History. Merchant details and fee settings remain until you edit or clear them. Clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall it to remove its local app data. Export files may remain in app cache until removed by the operating system or app uninstallation. Copies saved or shared outside the app must be deleted from those destinations separately. Viaom360 cannot recover or remotely delete your on-device records.
Permissions and external services
Vibration is used for optional interaction feedback. QR sharing uses the operating system's share interface; the app does not request broad access to your photo library or storage. Opening this policy online or contacting support uses an external browser or email app. Website hosting providers may receive ordinary request information such as an IP address and browser information when you visit the website. If you email support, Viaom360 receives the details you choose to include and uses them to respond. Do not send UPI PINs, bank passwords or other payment credentials.
Audience and policy changes
The app is intended for adult shopkeepers and other adult users. It is not directed at children. Changes to the app's data practices will be reflected in an updated policy and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Calculation and fee estimates are not tax advice or a guarantee of a provider's fee treatment.
