Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for all subscription plans and services offered by Viaom360. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

1. Subscription Services — General Policy

Viaom360 offers subscription-based SaaS products. As our products are digital services, the following general terms apply:

  • All subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment and account activation.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
  • We offer a 7-day free trial for new users on select plans (where applicable). No credit card is required during the trial period unless stated otherwise.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

3. Annual Subscriptions

⚠️ Annual subscriptions are offered at a significantly discounted rate. Due to this discount, refunds after the 7-day window are generally not available for annual plans.

4. Product-Specific Policies

4.1 Retailer360 (retailer360.in)

  • Monthly plans: Eligible for refund within 48 hours of initial payment only.
  • Annual plans: Refundable within 7 days of payment if the account is unused.
  • No refunds for partially used billing periods.
  • Data export is available before account closure upon request.

4.2 Qrezy (qrezy.online)

  • Monthly plans: Eligible for refund within 48 hours of initial payment only.
  • Annual plans: Refundable within 7 days if the digital menu has not been published or shared.
  • Once a digital menu is published and the QR code is in use, no refund is applicable for the current period.

4.3 Vivah360 (upcoming)

  • Specific refund terms will be published when the product launches.
  • Any pre-launch bookings or advance payments will be fully refundable upon request before the product launches.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your account and navigate to the Subscription or Billing section.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.
  • Alternatively, email us at hopansh@gmail.com with your account email and request.

Effect of cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded or deactivated. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Processing fees and payment gateway charges.
  • GST/taxes collected by the government.
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases after they have been activated.
  • Subscriptions where the account violated our Terms of Service and was suspended.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at hopansh@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Product Name]"
  • Include: your registered email address, order/payment ID, date of payment, and reason for refund.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in suspension of your account. We will work in good faith to resolve any payment disputes directly.

9. Currency

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees charged by your bank.
