2. Services Description

Viaom360 provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed for Indian businesses. Our current products include:

• Retailer360 (retailer360.in) — AI-powered billing, inventory management, and khatabook application for retail businesses.
• Qrezy (qrezy.online) — AI-powered offline-to-online digital menu conversion platform for restaurants and food businesses.
• Vivah360 — An upcoming online wedding planning platform for Indian weddings (currently in development).

Each product may have its own supplemental terms available on the respective product website.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use any Viaom360 service. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available on each product's website. Key terms:

• All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during sign-up.
• Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax) applicable under Indian law will be charged additionally as applicable.

5. Payment Terms

By subscribing to any Viaom360 service, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or annual).
• We accept payments through trusted Indian payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• In the event of a failed payment, access to the service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
• Advance payments for annual plans are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
• Invoices and receipts will be sent to the registered email address after each payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection without our written consent.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Viaom360 products — including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are owned by Viaom360 and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of data and content you upload to our services. By uploading, you grant Viaom360 a limited license to use such data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice.
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.
• Discontinue a product with at least 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Viaom360 and its proprietors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• Data export requests will be honored within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by prominently posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
